Jay Edward Toms Jay Edward Toms Jay Edward Toms of Quapaw died Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at his home after an illness. He was 44. Jay was born March 11, 1964, in Miami to Cecil and Betty (Wilson) Toms. He lived in the Quapaw area most of his life. Many cousins survive Jay, including Connie Riley of Peoria, Donna Sparks of Riverton, Kan., Leroy Jimerson of Peoria, Danny Jimerson of Seneca, Mo., and care giver Kim Miracle of Quapaw.
