Joyce Annalee Harper Parks Joyce Annalee Harper Parks May 28, 2006 Joyce Annalee Parks of Grove died Sunday, May 28, 2006, at her home following a sudden illness. She was 47. Parks was born Sept. 15, 1959, in Tulsa to Ray Harper and Gwen (Devault) Harper. She moved to the Grove area in 1998 from Tulsa. She worked as a surgical technologist. Survivors include one daughter, Katie Rae Parks of Hemet, Calif., and one brother, Jeff Harper of Tulsa. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Lyndsey Parks, and her parents.
