He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Leonard "Catfish" Smith, 3 sisters Georgia Idora Skye, Mahdeena Lee Smith – Teehee, George Smith. Survivors includes His wife of 27 years Debbie (Case) Smith 2 Daughters June Smith and Samantha Smith Sister Lois Franklin 2 Grandchildren Kegan Jacob Martin Smith and Stevie Marie Buckner Numerous Nieces and Nephews Funeral Services were held Tuesday October 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Quapaw Tribal Building. Rev. Geoff Buffalo Officiate. Interment was in the Quapaw Cemetery Services are under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, OK.
