      Buddy G. Spicer, 83, of Miami passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Miami Nursing Center. Mr. Spicer was born September 18, 1930 to Eilas and Juanita Spicer in Miami, Oklahoma. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Commerce and served in the United States Air Force. He was a painter. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at the First Assembly of God Church in Commerce, Oklahoma with Pastor Howie Moss officiating. Interment will follow in the Council House Cemetery under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 p.m. till time for service at the First Assembly of God Church in Commerce, Oklahoma. (Paul Thomas) Survivors: wife Emma of the home, one son: Rodney Rhines of Miami, OK, three daughters: Rosemarie Stepp of Miami, OK, Faith May of Ark City, KS, and Sheila Reed of Commerce, OK, one brother: Jack Spicer of Miami, OK, one sister: Darlene Boyd of Miami, OK, 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
